Mydas recruitment are specialist recruitment consultants working within the energy sector. Our client, a multinational organisation have a requirement for a quality assurance engineer with experience from the manufacturing sector.

The role is based in Denmark, bus working remotely & ad hoc visits to site.

The role is Responsible for quality assurance and control management systems


Create Quality management system based on the client / regulatory quality requirements build on R/D specifications and vendor input.

Identify quality standards. Create and implement complex concepts, processes and methods for quality planning, assurance and control

Develop guidelines and methods for audits. Plan and conduct overall quality monitoring/audits

Ensure timely collection and documentation of production recipes related to product quality parameters.

Accountable for Embedding the quality management process in the production system for production control process and in according with the client quality assurance requirements. (Commercial requirements)

Create a training program for the operations/production team

Responsible for QA/QC training program are executed during project and installation phase

Responsible organizing and setting up the factory QA/QC team/department

Accountable for the QA/QC data/recording process are automated are embedding into the corporate PIM system


Completed university degree in engineering (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or in a comparable field) as well as additional qualifications as quality auditor, quality manager or comparable

Min10 years QA/QC experience with 3-5 years in a leading role

Business fluent in written and spoken English
