Our client, a leading manufacturing organisation, have a requirement for maintenance manager to lead and manage a multi-skilled facilities infrastructure:

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Lead and manage maintenance activities in a multiskilled manufacturing environment
  • create maintenance schedules & work requests
  • increase operational effectiveness & contribute to reducing down time
  •  implement improvement plans
  • lead and manage maintenance teams & external contract staff and provide technical expertise
  • have experience of creating and managing a best practice operational management strategy
  • have experience of continuous improvement
  • have experience developing a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule
  • develop and manage KPI’s
  • Excellent leadership and man management skills
