Due to ongoing demand and continued expansion, our client has a requirement for an engineering sales manager to join an experienced team within a fast growing, dynamic warehousing & logistics organisation.

This role is ideal for a technically minded sales professional with a strong digital sales and marketing mindset, an active, opportunity-creating approach, and clear motivation to grow into a broader Sales Manager role over time.

Key Roles & Responsibilities ;

  • experience in receiving and processing RFQ’s
  • Actively identify, develop, and pursue new B2B business opportunities to support market expansion
  • Own the full sales cycle, including lead qualification, technical consultation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and advanced deal closing
  • tendering
  • pricing and selection
  • producing quotations & following up on leads
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and business growth
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, site visits, and technical meetings
  •  Maintain and update customer/project databases and support ISO-9001 compliance
