Due to ongoing demand and continued expansion, our client has a requirement for an engineering sales manager to join an experienced team within a fast growing, dynamic warehousing & logistics organisation.
This role is ideal for a technically minded sales professional with a strong digital sales and marketing mindset, an active, opportunity-creating approach, and clear motivation to grow into a broader Sales Manager role over time.
Key Roles & Responsibilities ;
- experience in receiving and processing RFQ’s
- Actively identify, develop, and pursue new B2B business opportunities to support market expansion
- Own the full sales cycle, including lead qualification, technical consultation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and advanced deal closing
- tendering
- pricing and selection
- producing quotations & following up on leads
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and business growth
- Represent the company at exhibitions, site visits, and technical meetings
- Maintain and update customer/project databases and support ISO-9001 compliance
