Due to continued growth, our client, a multinational manufacturing organisation, based in Northern Ireland, have a requirement for a CNC / Tooling manager & work with with the CNC, design and manufacturing teams and ensure that products are delivered to meet costs, quality & schedule.
Candidates should have 5+ years experience of experience of:
- leading manufacturing teams
- manage budgets & resource
- lead and manage teams of CNC / tooling teams / shop floor engineers
- excellent knowledge and problem solving skills
- managing cross functional teams teams,
- Manage several value streams
- managing clients (internal & external) – strong people skills
- Leading projects
- New product introduction
- Attend and contribute to MRB meetings
- Work with operations teams to drive efficiency in the manufacturing process
- Identify areas for continuous improvement and Lean
- Support quality target
- have knowledge of engineering improvements
