Full job descriptions on request Belfast based permanent role with major Aero company.The Requirements Manager will be responsible for coordinating all activities associated with the capturing, understanding, analysing and managing of customer requirements, and the generation and maintenance of all requirements related documentation. In addition to interfacing with a multi-disciplined Integrated Project Team, the role will involve extensive interaction with customers, sub-contractors and potential system users. Key activities will include Requirements capture, analysis, and decomposition including requirements negotiation and clarification with the Customer. Assisting the Customer in undertaking requirements trades and balancing activities Establishment and maintenance of requirements information models using DOORS Requirements Management, including traceability and change control Generation and maintenance of a consistent set of requirement specifications
